Victorian 0.70 Carat Old Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring, dated 1890
A wonderful Victorian diamond ring steeped in history. The square cushion shaped old mine diamond displays a lot of fire and is set in a chunky 18k rose gold ring. Although some of the etching detail down the shoulders has rubbed, the internal engraving is still crisp and clear. This would work as a non traditional engagement ring or great pinkie ring.
The inside of the ring is engraved: To Dia from Clara Sept 24th ’90. This can be removed if you prefer.
Accompanied by an independent jewellery report.
