Victorian 1.13 Carat Old Cut & Rose Cut Diamond Navette Ring, circa 1860
Victorian finery in its, well, finest. The beautifully proportioned navette ring is centred by a bright 0.77 carat oval shaped old cut diamond which is rubover set within a surround of eighteen rose cut diamonds. The stones are set in silver (typical for jewellery of this age) on a simple split gallery.

Cut – Oval shaped old mine cut in the centre, with rose cut diamonds in the surround.
Colour – I in the centre. G to H in the surround.
Clarity – The central diamond is I1. The smaller diamonds range from VS2 to SI1
Carat – The centre diamond is a known 0.77 carat, with an estimated 0.36 carat in the surround.
Circa – 1860.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 25.7mm by 11.4mm and sits 4.3mm from the finger.
Size – M (UK) or 6 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Metal – 18k yellow gold and silver. Tested.
