Victorian 1.30 Carat Old Cut Diamond Trilogy Ring, circa 1900
A fine early trilogy ring from the late Victorian period. The three cushion shaped old mine cut diamonds are each held in a eight claw platinum crown collet, leading to tapering platinum topped shoulders and D-shaped yellow gold band. Three bright, characterful and unique diamonds in a beautifully refined setting.
Cut – Old mine / miner cuts.
Colour – The centre stone is L, with H colour diamonds either side.
Clarity – All the diamonds are very clean; VS1.
Carat – The central diamond is approximately 0.65 carat, with a total estimated diamond weight of 1.30 carat.
Circa – 1900.
Size – R 1/2 (UK) or 8 7/8 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – From the outer edge of one diamond to the other is 14.3mm. The ring is 6mm at the widest point, and sits 6mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold and platinum. Tested.
