Victorian 1.46 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cluster Earrings, circa 1900

A sublime pair of Victorian diamond earrings. Each cluster is comprised of a 0.22 carat (approx.) old cut diamond, surrounded by a further eight smaller old cut in a finely pierced coronet setting. Each of the round clusters is topped by a smaller old cut diamond and hangs from a hooped wire and secured with a triangle clasp.
Cut – Old mine cuts.
Colour – H to J.
Clarity – SI1 to SI2; all the stones are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The diamonds at the centre of each cluster is approximately 0.22, with a total approximately weight of 0.73 carat on each earring.
Circa – 1900.
Measurements – Each cluster is approximately 9.25mm in diameter. From the top of the hoop to the bottom of the cluster is approximately 20.5mm
Metal – 9k gold. Tested.
