Victorian 1.69 Carat Old Cut Diamond Five Stone Ring, dated 1886
A top grade example of a Victorian five stone diamond ring. The graduating line of old mine cuts are impressively white and bright, and are claw set in an understated claw-set half-hoop. Utterly gorgeous.

Colour – I to J.
Clarity – VS2 to SI2; all stone are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – A total approximate old cut diamond weight of 1.69 carat.
Circa – 1885.
Size – R (UK) or 8 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – From the edge of one outer diamond to the other is 19.6mm. The ring is 5.75mm at the widest point and sits 3.6mm from the finger.
Metal – Original hallmarks from the London assay, 1886, for 18k gold are still faintly visible inside the band.
