Victorian 2.00 Carat Old Cut Diamond Five Stone Ring, circa 1900
An exquisite five stone diamond ring. A graduating line of fine quality old cut diamonds with small rose cut diamonds filling in the “gaps” between the main stones. A beautiful, intricate and ornate hand carved gallery, lead to a graduating yellow gold shank. We see find a fair few Victorian five stone rings on our travels, but rarely of this quality.
Cut – Old mine / miner cuts, with rose cut diamond spacers.
Colour – J.
Clarity – SI1.
Carat – The five main stones add up to an approximate total of 2.00 carat, with an additional estimated 0.08 carat of rose cut diamonds.
Circa – 1900.
Size – I 1/2 (UK) or 4.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – From the edge of one outer most diamond to the other is 18.2mm. The ring is 5.6mm at the widest point and sits 5.3mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold. Tested.
