Victorian 2.70 Carat Diamond & Silver Chandelier Earrings, circa 1880
The most wondrous pair of earrings. Each of the thirteen diamonds in each earring is set with with six double-claws in a scalloped backed collet. The oxidised silver means each of the white diamonds dramatically stand out. A cascading design which is daring, different and stunning.
Cut – Old mine / miner cuts. There are several stones which have been replaced with round brilliant cuts.
Colour – G to H.
Clarity – VS2 to SI1
Carat – A total estimated weight of 2.70 carat.
Condition – A few of the old cut diamonds have been replaced with round brilliant cuts.
