Victorian 3.50 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1880
An immense Victorian cluster. The centre diamond is conservatively estimated at 0.90 carat, with a further eight generously proportioned old cuts in the surround. The wonderfully imperfect hand-cut diamonds are set as low to the finger as their size will allow, leading to a chunky yellow gold band featuring engraved detailing down the shoulders and in the gallery. Idiosyncratic and dazzling.
Accompanied by an independent jewellery report.
