Victorian 3.66 Carat Amethyst & Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1890
A Victorian amethyst ring of regal quality. The extraordinary deep, rich and bright purple old cut amethyst in the centre is claw set within a surround of sixteen top white eight-cut diamonds. The gems are secured within a classic Victorian coronet setting, leading to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.

Cut – Old cut amethyst and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are E to F.
Clarity – The amethyst is SI1; the diamonds are VS1 to SI1.
Carat – The amethyst is a known 3.66 carat, with approximately 0.32 carat of diamonds.
Circa – 1890.
Size –N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 13.7 x 13.9mm and sits 8mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow gold. Tested.
