Victorian 4.72 Carat Natural Green Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Earrings, circa 1900
Top class natural sapphire earrings. The perfectly matched old cut green sapphires – certified as natural and without heat treatment – display a rich, olive-y green, the colour of which is emphasised by the surrounding border of twelve high white old mine cut diamonds in coronet settings. Exceptionally wearable and timelessly beautiful.
Accompanied by a sapphire report from GCS stating the sapphires are natural and unheated.
Cut – Old round cut sapphire and and old mine cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are H to I.
Clarity – The sapphires are loupe clean. The diamonds are SI1 to I1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The sapphire are 2.37 and 2.35 respectively. The approximate diamond weight is approximately 0.96 carat on each earrings.
Circa – 1900.
Measurements – Each cluster is approximately 13mm in diameter.
Metal – 18k yellow gold. The diamonds are set in silver. Tested.
