Victorian Cat’s Eye & Diamond Five Stone Ring, dated 1897
A delightfully unique five stone / half hoop Victorian ring. The trio of cat’s eye stones are separated by a pair of high white and bright old cut diamonds. The graduating line of gems are claw set in fine open gallery, leading to a satisfyingly sturdy D-shaped shank.
Cut – Old mine cut diamonds.
Clarity – The diamonds are VS1.
Carat – The approximate cat’s eye weight is 0.80 carat, and the approximate diamond weight is 0.50 carat.
Dated – 1897.
Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing in available, can go up or down in size.
Measurements – From the outer edge of one cat’s eye to the other is 16.7mm. The ring is 6.4mm at the widest point and sits 5mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold. Full hallmarks.
