Victorian Coral Bead Double Strand Necklace, circa 1900
An impressive Victorian coral necklace. Two strands of pinky orange beads – one of 118 beads, the other of 122 – of graduating size are threaded onto a knotted orange silk On a 9k gold clasp (hidden by a further two coral beads) with a 14k yellow gold safety chain. The necklace drapes beautifully when worn with one strand nestling just inside the other, creating an effortlessly layer look.
