Victorian Marquise Fire Opal Ring, circa 1900
A dynamic and superbly unique ring. The aptly named fire opal is glowing flame orange, with flashes of green, purple and red. The stone is rubover and milgrain set in yellow gold, leading to a slender yellow gold shank.
Cut – Marquise shaped cabochon.
Carat – Approximately 3.00.
Circa – 1900.

Measurements – The head of the ring is 21.5 x 7.5mm. Sits 7mm from the finger.
