Victorian Pink Star Sapphire & Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1870
Aching with charm. The star sapphire is a wonderfully vibrant pink with a strong, clear asterism. The central stone is rubover and milgrain set within a surround of ten bright and lively old cut diamonds. The nicely crafted gallery leads to a tri-split wired shank which, although not original, defers beautifully to the central cluster.
Accompanied by an independent jewellery report.
