Victorian 10.00 Carat Natural Cabochon Ruby & Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1890

Immense in every sense. This big, bold cluster ring features a fantastic hot-pinkish red cabochon ruby surrounded by seventeen very bright, sparkly and substantial old mine cut diamonds. Set in a high profile peirced gallery with a fluer de lis motifs at the shoulders to a chunky D-shaped shank. Noble and striking.

Accompanied by a ruby report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the ruby shows no evidence of heat treatment.

Carat – The ruby is approximately 10.00 carat. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.70 carat.
