Payment

All transactions are strictly confidential and we will not have access to your credit card details. All online transactions will be processed through our online third-party payment partner, Barclaycard.

Payment can be made with a credit / debit card.

Payment can also be made via Paypal, bank transfer, cheque or cash.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We can offer a layaway payment plan on most of our items over £500. We require a 10% deposit to secure the item and give a further 120 days to pay the balance.

The 10% deposit will not be returned if the customer cancels the sale during the layaway period.

If a customer is uncontactable after a period of two months the layaway will be cancelled and the balance retained.

Returns on layaways are refunded as store credit.

Sales are predominately made under the Margin Scheme so are exempt from duties and tax in Europe.

On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that may incur.
