Mid Century 1.01 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1965

Item #: 55AB847.

Unlike any other ring in our collection. The round old mine cut diamond in the centre displays a soft and subtle lemony tone and, as it’s internally very clean, utterly bursts with life and fire. The stone is secured in an eight-claw platinum collet, leading to a knife edge hammered yellow gold band, the centre of which is ringed in platinum.

Cut – Old mine cut.

Colour – Light yellow; N.

Clarity – VVS2.

Carat – Approximately 1.01.

Circa – 1965.

Size – P (UK) or 7.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Measurements – The diamond is approximately 6.3mm in diameter and sits 6.7mm from the finger.

Metal – 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested.
