Art Deco 0.35 Carat Sapphire & Rose Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1920
A very pretty and undeniably unique ring. The cluster sits laterally across the finger and features a natural cobalt blue sapphire, and flanked on either side by four rose cut diamond. All the gems are set in platinum on a simple split gallery, leading to D-shaped shank.
Cut – Round faceted sapphire and rose cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – All the stones are clean to the naked eye. VS2.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.35 carat, with a total estimated diamond weight of 0.24 carat.
Circa – 1920.
Size – Q 1/2 (UK) or 8.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 15.3 x 5mm and sits 3.2mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow gold. The stones are set in platinum. Tested.
