Art Deco 1.43 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1935

A truly lovely old cushion cut diamond proudly set in an eight claw scalloped back setting. The ornate and intricately crafted shoulders feature six (three each side) eight cut diamonds and a pair of baguette cut diamonds. The top half of the ring is all in platinum, leading to a D-shaped 18k white gold band. A beautiful and eye-catching engagement ring.

Cut – Cushion shaped old mine cut with eight cuts and baguette cuts in the shoulders.

Colour – K.

Clarity – VS2

Carat – 1.43 carat in the centre, with a further estimated 0.19 carat in the shoulders.

Circa – 1935.

Size – M (UK) or 6 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Measurements – The diamond is 7mm by 6.6mm and sits 6.3mm from the finger.
