Art Deco 1.44 Carat Old Cut Diamond Two Row Ring, circa 1935
A striking ring that manages to be both dressy and practical. Set with eighteen old mine cut diamonds arranged in two rows. This nicely substantial ring could work in a number of different ways; a chunky – and bling – wedding band, a dress ring or as a unique engagement ring.
The bottom half of the ring – the band – is not original, and was added in 1992 (according to the date marks.)
Cut – Old mine / miner cuts.
Colour – I to J.
Clarity – VS1 to SI1. All the diamonds are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – Total approximate of 1.44.
Circa – 1935. The band was added later, with date marks indicating 1992.
Size – L 1/2 (UK) or 5 7/8 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can be sized up or down. There is some limit to how much this can be altered, so please contact us first.
Measurements – The band is 3.4mm at the base and 6.4mm at the top.
Metal – 18k gold. Hallmarked and tested.
