Art Deco Diamond & Onyx Drop Earrings, circa 1940

An exquisite and rather daring pair of late Art Deco earrings. The top half of each earring is crafted in four beautifully shaped and detailed articulated parts. With a total forty high white diamonds, which contrast with the pure black of the long drop shape onyx. Fine and dramatic.

Cut – Eight-cut and baguette cut diamonds.

Colour – G.

Clarity – The diamonds are very clean; VS1 to VS2.

Carat – The approximate diamond weight in each earring is 0.36 carat.

Circa – 1940.

Measurements – The onyx drops are 30mm long. Excluding the hoops, the earrings are 58.9mm long

Metal – 18k gold. Tested.
