Art Deco Sapphire & Rose Cut Diamond Target Ring, French, circa 1925

A desperately pretty French target cluster ring. The bright cobalt blue sapphire is rubover set in yellow gold, and floats within a halo of rose cut diamonds. The intricately pierced gallery leads to a slim yellow gold shank, topped on each side by a further rose cut diamond. Supremely lovely.

Cut – Round faceted sapphire and rose cut diamonds.

Colour – The diamonds are G to H..

Clarity – All the stones are clean to the naked eye; VS1 to VS2.

Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.10 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of  0.08 carat.

Circa – 1925.

Size – L (UK) or 5.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Measurements – The head of the ring is 8.4mm in diameter.

Metal – 18k gold. French hallmarks.
