Mid Century 0.32 Carat Round Brilliant Diamond “Star” Ring, circa 1960
This very pretty ring in centred very bright round brilliant cut diamond, rubover set in the middle of a six-rayed star. The head of the ring holds a further six eight cut diamonds as well as intricate etching and milgraining. Sits nice and low the finger on a tapering 18k yellow gold band.
Cut – The centre stone is a round brilliant, with eight cut diamonds around it.
Colour – F.
Clarity – VS1.
Carat – The central diamond is approximately 0.20 carat, with a further estimated 0.12 carat in the surround.
Circa – 1960.
Condition – A slight dent in the gallery where this was previously worn next to another ring. This does not effect the integrity of this ring in any way.
Size – Q 1/2 (UK) or 8.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 8/7mm by 9.6mm and sits 4.2mm from the finger
Metal – 18k gold and palladium. Tested.
