Mid Century 0.65 Carat Ruby & Diamond Cluster Ring, dated 1965
A seriously sweet ruby and diamond cluster ring. The ruby is a vibrant and intense red with distinct flashes of crimson. Eight claws secure the central stone, with twelve eight-cut diamonds in the surround. All the gems are mounted in white gold, leading to a tapering D-shaped yellow gold band.

Cut – Oval shaped ruby and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are I.
Clarity – The ruby is SI2. The diamonds are VS2.
Carat – The ruby is approximately 0.65 carat, with an estimated total diamond weight of 0.18 carat.
Condition – Some abrasions to the ruby are visible through a jeweller’s loupe.
Dated – 1965.

Measurements – The head of the ring is 10.7mm by 9.3mm. Sits 5.9mm from the finger.
