Art Deco 0.72 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
A charming and quirky diamond beautifully showcased in a fine platinum mount. The cushion shaped centre stone is secured in a four claw platinum collet. High shoulders are set with six diamond (three either side) leading to a slim platinum D-shaped shank. A.
Cut – Cushion shaped old mine / miner cut diamond with eight cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – Light yellow in the centre G colour diamonds in the shoulders.
Clarity – VS2.
Carat – 0.72 carat in centre with an additional estimated 0.09 carat in the shoulders
Circa – 1920.
Size – J (UK) or 4 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The centre diamond is approximately 4.5mm by 5mm and sits 5.2mm from the finger.
