Art Deco 0.63 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1920
An antique engagement ring of the highest quality. The old mine cut diamond in the centre – certified as E colour, SI1 clarity – is awesomely white and bright. The stone is secured in a platinum four-claw collet with angular detailing in the gallery. Platinum milgrained shoulders are set with six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds, leading to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.
Accompanied by a Natural Diamond Grading Report from HRD Antwerp (#210000182431).
Cut – Old mine cut in the centre with eight-cut cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – E in the centre (F to G in the shoulders).
Clarity – SI1. (VS1 to VS2 in the shoulders).
Carat – 0.63 (with an additional approximate 0.20 carat in the shoulders.)
Circa – 1920.
Size – K (UK) or 5 1/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is 5.42 x 4.96mm and sits 6mm from the finger.
