Art Deco 0.73 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1915
A wonderfully individual and unique engagement ring. The slightly cushion shaped old mine cut diamond in the centre is glowingly white, and is set in a four-claw yellow gold collet with sharp ‘ V’ detailing in the gallery. Ten – five either side – eight cut diamonds are set in the yellow shoulders, leading to a fancy design in the shape of a pear, to a slender shank.

Clarity – SI2 (VS2 to SI1 in the shoulders).
Carat – The centre is 0.73 carat (with a further approximate 0.05 carat in the shoulders).

Measurements – The centre stone is approximately 5.3 x 5.4mm and sits 6.4mm from the finger.
