Art Deco 1.06 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1935
A delightfully ornate vintage diamond ring. The old mine cut diamond in the centre is bright, internally clean and virtually alive with fire and brilliance. The centre is set in an eight-claw open collet above a scalloped back plate, with six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds set in the proud shoulders. Intricate scroll detailing in the shoulders leads to a slim, white gold shank.
