Art Deco 1.17 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1925
A glowing and bright vintage engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – graded by HRD as H colour, VS1 clarity – is high white, internally clean and absolutely alive with fire and brilliance. The stone is secured in a ten claw coronet collet and is accented by a pair of comparably high quality baguette cut diamonds in the high-set shoulders, leading to a D-shaped yellow gold shank.
