Art Deco 1.24 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1935
A supremely pretty old cut engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – graded by IGI Antwerp as G colour, SI2 clarity – is absolutely crackling with fire and brilliance. The stone is secured by six split claws within a finely detailed collet featuring stylised heart motif. The slim, platinum shank holds twelve (six each side) eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders. Just magical.
