Art Deco 2.81 Carat Natural Ceylon Sapphire & Diamond Ring, circa 1930
A fine vintage sapphire and diamond ring. The cushion cut sapphire in the centre – certified as natural, unheated and originating from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) – is, to us, the perfect blue: rich, deep, and incredibly bright. The sapphire is secured in a four claw platinum collet and is flanked on either side by 0.10 carat (approx.) baguette cut diamonds set between a pair of eight-cut diamonds. On a slim platinum shank.
