Art Deco Sapphire, Diamond & Pearl Cluster Ring, dated 1931
An utterly exception and wholly unique vintage cluster ring. A round cut sapphire of the perfect, richest, brightest blue sit at the centre of a cluster of four natural pearls and four old cut diamonds set in platinum. The cluster sits atop a satisfyingly substantial 22k gold shank, with full hallmarks from the Birmingham Assay, 1931. Quirky and gorgeous.
Cut – Round cut sapphire and old mine cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are G to H.
Clarity – The sapphire is loupe clean, and the diamonds are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.75 carat. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.60 carat
Dated – 1931.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The sapphire is approximately 6mm in diameter. The head of the ring is approximately 13.25 x 13mm and sits 6.2 from the finger.
Metal – 22k gold; full hallmarks. The diamonds are set in platinum; tested.
