Edwardian 1.30 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1910
A majestic Edwardian diamond cluster ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre is stunningly white and lively, and is rubover set within an oval shaped platinum cluster. Four old mine cuts and twenty-eight rose cuts are set in the elegantly pierced surround, with fine scrolling detail in the yellow gold gallery. Four (two each side) old cut diamonds are set in in the shoulders of the ring, leading to a fine and light yellow gold shank.

Cut – Old European cut in the centre, with old mine cuts and rose cuts in the surround.
Colour – H in the centre. The diamonds in the surround are H to J.
Clarity – I1 in the centre. The diamonds in the surround are VS2 to SI2.
Carat – The centre stone is approximately 1.06 carat, with a further approximate 0.24 carat in the surround.
Circa – 1910.
Size – R 1/2 (UK) or 8 7/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 17.55 x 13.8mm. Sits 6.8mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow gold. The diamonds are set in platinum. Tested.
