Edwardian Sapphire & Old Cut Diamond Seven Stone Ring, dated 1912
This beautifully honed and detailed seven stone ring holds three natural sapphires of equal size set between four graduating old cut diamonds. The hand-sawn claw gallery leads to carved shoulders on a generously substantial 18k gold shank. Over 100 years old and still looking fabulous!
Cut – Round faceted sapphires and old cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – The sapphires are clean to the naked eye. The diamonds are VS2 to SI1.
Carat – The total approximate diamond weight of the sapphires is 0.45 carat, and approximately 0.30 carat of diamonds.
Dated – 1912.
Size – O 1/2 (UK) or 7.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – From the outer edge of one diamond to the other is 20mm. The ring is 6.2mm at the widest point and sits 4mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold. Hallmarked.
