Late 20th Century 0.73 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, Scottish, circa 1970
A beautiful diamond engagement ring – with a twist. The centre old cut diamond is a light yellow, the hue of which is emphasised by the pair of high white baguette cut diamonds set either side. The simple double gallery leads to a slim and tapering white gold shank.

Cut – Old mine cut in the centre with baguette cuts either side.
Colour – Light yellow in the centre, with G to H coloured baguette cuts.
Clarity – VS1. (SI1 in the shoulders.)
Carat – 0.73 in the centre. Each of the baguette cuts in approximately 0.07 carat.
Circa – 1970
Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 5.5 x 5.4mm and sits 5.6mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k white gold. Hallmarks from the Edinburgh assay.
