Late 20th Century 1.01 Carat Demantoid Garnet & Diamond Trilogy Ring, dated 1976
A demantoid garnet ring of absolute class. It’s increasingly difficult to find demantoids of this size, and this stone is a fine example. The slighly olive-y green garnet is internally clean and virtually glowing from within. The stone is secured in a coronet collet and flanked on either side by a pair of high white and bright quarter carat (approx.) round brilliant cut diamonds. On a slim, D-shaped yellow gold shank.
Accompanied by a gemstone report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the garnet is the demantoid variety.
