Late 20th Century 1.40 Carat Ruby Solitaire Ring, dated 1985

A particularly lovely ruby solitaire ring. The cushion cut centre stone is a glorious, rich, pigeon blood red with flashes of crimson when the light hits it. Victorian style scroll detailing in the gallery and down the shoulders leads to a wide, D-shaped yellow gold shank.
