Mid Century 0.75 Carat Fancy Dark Pinkish Brown Old Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1960
Unique, dramatic and utterly arresting. The fancy old mine cut diamond displays a distinctive hue which has been graded by GIA as fancy dark pinkish brown. The stone is claw set within a square collet featuring beautiful lace-like detailing in the gallery and running down the shoulders, with a light brown princess cut diamond accenting each shoulder.

Cut – Old mine cut in the centre, with princess cut diamonds in the shoulders.
Colour – The centre is fancy dark pinkish brown, with fancy light brown diamonds in the shoulders.
Clarity – SI2; all the stones are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The centre is a known 0.75 carat, with a further approximate 0.10 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1960.

Measurements – The centre stone is 5.35 x 4.4mm. The head of the ring is 8.4 x 8.5mm and sits 7.5mm from the finger.
