Mid Century 0.84 Carat Diamond Drop Earrings, circa 1960
High quality vintage earrings. A pair of high white, bright and internally clean round brilliant cut diamonds are secured in eight claw open collets and set above scalloped back plates allowing maximum light to pass through – and be reflected into – the stones. These articulated drops are set below a smaller old mine cut diamond in a six claw settings. A pair of class earrings that be worn either as an everyday piece or for more formal occasions.
Secured with lever back closures.

Cut – The larger diamonds are round brilliant cuts, with old mine cuts at the top.
Colour – G to H.
Clarity – The bottom stones are VVS1 to VVS2. The smaller diamonds are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The larger diamonds are approximately 0.32 carat each, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.84 carat.
Circa – 1960.
Measurements – The drop is 8.4mm in diameter. The earrings are 16.2mm from top to bottom.
Metal – 18k white gold. Tested.
