Mid Century 2.27 Carat Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1960
A marvellous sapphire and diamond ring. The oval cut sapphire ring the centre is the beautiful cornflower blue. The colour of the centre stone is emphasised by the whiteness of the twelve dazzling round brilliant cut diamonds in the surround. The diamonds are secured in a white gold coronet, leading to a slim and tapering yellow gold shank.

Cut – Oval cut sapphire and round brilliant cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamond are H to I.
Clarity – The sapphire is VVS. The diamonds are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 2.27 carat with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.66 carat.
Circa – 1960.
Size – L (UK) or 5.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is approximately 14.9 x 11.5mm and sits 6.2mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped 18CT – indicating 18k yellow and white gold – and tests as such.
