Victorian 2.00 Carat Oval Cut Ruby Solitaire Ring, circa 1850
This amazing hot pinkish red ruby is so bright it almost glows. Set nice and low to the finger in a glorious early Victorian mount which, despite it’s age, still holds all the intricate detailing running down the shoulders. Feminine and majestic.

Clarity – Visible inclusions, but this dones not impact and the brightness and life of the stone.
Carat – Approximately 2.00.
Circa – 1850.

Measurements – The ruby, including the claws, is 11.7mm by 9.2mm and sits a snug 3.3mm from the finger.
