Art Deco 0.91 Carat Asscher Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
To us, this is just about perfect. The bright and icy Asscher cut diamond – graded by De Beers as I colour, SI2 clarity – is secured in a four claw collet, with an open U-shaped gallery which allows maximum light to pass through the stone. The shoulders are set with white baguette cut diamonds, leading to a slim, platinum shank. A stunning vintage engagement ring.
Accompanied by a De Beers Institute of Diamonds grading report (#010000277046). A unique number has been inscribed on this diamond providing utmost security.
Cut – Asscher cut in the centre, baguette cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – The centre is I, the diamonds in the shoulders are G to H.
Clarity – The centre is SI2 (clean to the naked eye). The diamonds in the shoulders VS2.
Carat – The centre is 0.91 carat, with a further approximate 0.36 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1930.
