Art Deco 1.13 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
A stunning Art Deco engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre – graded by De Beers as G colour, SI2 clarity – a fizzing with fire and brilliance. The stone is secured in an eight-claw cornet collet. Each shoulders is set with six rose cut diamond in a geometric step-down design, leading to a slender platinum shank.
Accompanied by a De Beers Institute of Diamonds grading report (#010000277035). A unique number has been inscribed on this diamond providing utmost security.
Cut – Old European cut in the centre, rose cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – The centre is G, the diamonds in the shoulders are G to H.
Clarity – The centre is SI2 (clean to the naked eye). The diamonds in the shoulders SI1 to SI3.
Carat – The centre is 1.13 carat, with a further approximate 0.09 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1930.
