Art Deco 1.70 Carat Minor Oil Emerald & Diamond Ring, circa 1935
An absolutely majestic vintage emerald ring. The emerald in the centre is certified as Russian, where emeralds are scarce (contributing less that 1% of global supply) but tend to be of exceedingly high quality. The stone has received only minor oiling and displays a perfect, verdant, glowing green. Twelve white and bright eight-cut diamonds surround the centre stone, leading to shoulders set with a further six diamonds (three either side) to a 18k yellow gold shank. A ring that is both impressive and important.
Accompanied by a report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the emerald is Russian and has only received minor clarity enhancement.
